Mustangs News · Fall Conditioning

After careful consideration, Coach Keith and I have decided NOT to hold Fall Conditioning sessions for Field Hockey. At this time, the health and safety of our players is our main priority. The procedures that we would have to follow in order to safely hold conditioning sessions are not feasible for a team field sport with shared equipment (balls) and many players that play in close contact. Since we are very limited in what we could do in a conditioning session, we feel that the risk of exposure is not worth holding such limited sessions.

In the meantime, players should be self-conditioning in order to be ready for the season. Players should be working on their stick skills as well as running endurance. Also, please make sure that you have taken all of the necessary steps to be cleared to play once the season starts. You can find more information and instructions here: HHS Sports Registration.

We miss seeing and interacting with our players, and wish we could be on the field practicing! We also look forward to tryouts and the start of the season.
