FUHSD Fall Fitness and Conditioning Daily COVID-19 Symptom Check

In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Santa Clara County Public Health Department and California Interscholastic Federation require daily COVID-19 symptom checking of all employees entering an essential workplace and students participating in fitness and conditioning programs.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT COME TO SCHOOL TO PARTICIPATE IN FITNESS AND CONDITIONING IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.

If you report positive symptoms, you should not participate in fitness and conditioning, should self-isolate, and contact your primary care provider or other healthcare professional. Written medical clearance will be required to return to activity.
